The Association would like to thank our fundraisers Rob Nickson, Kerry Mabley and Anthony Bangay. Rob raised over £400 for the Association. Kerry and Anthony raised over £870 and £300 respectively by competing in the Reading Half-Marathon.
With sadness
We regret to announce the death of Angela McGahon. Angela was a good friend and supporter of the Association and was National Treasurer for over twelve years. Our thoughts and deepest sympathy go to her husband Michael, son Jack and all her family and friends.

Spinathon

Oldham and Tameside Christmas Meal
This year, the Oldham and Tameside branch went to the Bluebell Centre near Hyde. The food was excellent and is recommended.
Manchester Christmas Party
In the end, the Manchester Christmas Party did not go ahead. However, instead the Association organised a trip to the Lowry Theatre to see a pantomime. A great time was had by all.
Street Collections
A collection organised by the Alder Hey branch on the streets of Ormskirk raised £150. Two collections in Liverpool in December raised over £1300 and another collection is planned for Saturday 12th February.
