Email mailing list
We operate email mailing lists using the service provided by Mail Chimp who store your name and email address on our behalf. We use these lists to send out useful or important information to our members and subscribers. We comply with the various regulations against unsolicited email (also known as spam) and will only send such material to those who have subscribed using the links on our website, have expressed such a preference on our online joining form, or have indicated such on our membership forms that can be found in clinics and other locations. You can change your subscription options and/or unsubscribe at any time by using the links at the bottom of the emails you receive. You can also request to be unsubscribed by emailing email@example.com.
Flyers and general emails
We and our branches may also, from time to time, send email and post out to you regarding the Association. Where this happens it is only where you have expressed a preference using the links on our website, have expressed a preference on our online joining form, or have indicated such on our membership forms that can be found in clinics and other locations. If you no longer wish to receive such material or are receiving it in error please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
