Our branches

The Association is but one of several groups which come under the umbrella of the Children’s Heart Federation (CHF). See their website at www.childrens-heart-fed.org.uk for more information about the group.

Our Office Bearers, Committee Members, Members and Friends work as volunteers to keep expenses to an absolute minimum and direct the money to where it can best benefit our heart children.

The Association has branches in the North West of England, centered around Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool and the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital in Pendlebury. If you would like more information about branches in your area, please email us or call 01706 221988.

Scotland

In 2004 the Association’s English and Scottish branches decided to split so that they could concentrate even more on their own specific areas. This is not to say that we don’t still work together towards the goal of helping families with Heart Children. If you would like more information about the Scottish Association for Children with Heart Disorders, please visit their website www.youngheart.info.

If you think you would think you would like to start your own branch of the Association in your area, or if you just get together as a group with other parents, please do get in touch.
